Woow Reality partnered with Neofairs to design and develop a fully immersive virtual exhibition experience. The objective was to replicate the engagement and spatial experience of a physical exhibition while enabling remote access and scalable digital interaction.

Traditional exhibition formats are constrained by physical space, geographic limitations, and logistical dependencies, restricting audience reach and engagement. Neofair required a digital solution capable of replicating the spatial experience of a physical exhibition while maintaining high visual fidelity, brand consistency, and accessibility across devices.

The challenge was to translate a real-world exhibition environment into a fully immersive virtual experience without compromising on detail, navigation, or user interaction. This required a structured approach to 3D visualisation, environment design, and web-based deployment, ensuring the final output delivered both realism and performance at scale.

Our Approach:

We adopted a structured pipeline combining 3D modelling, real-time rendering, and virtual tour deployment. The process focused on maintaining high visual fidelity while ensuring smooth navigation and accessibility in a browser-based environment.

The Solution:

We designed and developed custom 3D exhibition stall panels and multiple panel configurations tailored to Neofairs’s requirements.

  • AI-assisted texture creation refined in Photoshop for realistic surface detailing
  • High-quality 3D modelling and rendering of exhibition elements
  • Full exhibition hall environment built and staged in the 3D software
  • 8K render outputs for maximum visual clarity
  • Interactive virtual tour developed using the professional software for seamless navigation
